How do I go about ordering a custom piece?

Send us reference photos of any past designs you like, and let us know what you’d like to tweak. Most custom pieces involve changing the engraved words on the top of the signet ring, but we’re open to your ideas.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
We aim to make every design cohesive and as similar to the photos as possible, but there may be slight inconsistencies (usually not noticeable) as all our pieces are handmade.
I’m worried about my sizing choice. Can I send it back for another size if it doesn’t fit?
Please note that we do not offer refunds or accept returns, as each piece is made to order.
We strongly recommend measuring your fingers accurately before placing a ring order. If you’re unsure how to do this, feel free to reach out – we’re more than happy to guide you through the process.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders usually take 1-2 weeks for production and then 2-5 days for delivery (UK Deliveries)
